Mallory Pledger
Mallory has spent her career in the non-profit sector working in different capacities to serve clients who struggle with complex, layered issues like poverty, lack of education and resources, mental and physical health issues, and more - she has witnessed the incredible hope that arises when an individual knows they are valued and supported.
She has experience leading cross-functional teams who deliver tailored programming, interventions, and resources, seeing them as powerful tools that empower people to make lasting positive change. Her passion is to help others see their God-given potential by elevating projects and team members, enabling them to make meaningful impact.
As a wife and mother to 3 young children, she has a heart to see families flourish and children encouraged. She is excited to use this experience in her capacity as the Director of Programming to help ICYA grow and continue to transform the community.
